30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • The item must not be listed as non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Any item returned in a condition different from how it was received

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at GerlieGerlCreations@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at GerlieGerlCreations@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
  • 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving customer concerns quickly and fairly.
