Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified.
Custom orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier availability.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and remote locations may require additional transit time.
International Shipping
International Shipping Available
We ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Other government-imposed charges
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at GerlieGerlCreations@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier.

While we will do our best to help investigate delivery issues, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Labor strikes
- Government actions
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Shipping Restrictions
